The lobby's temperature management needs serious attention!!! The literature only in Spanish poses an accessibility issue for non-Spanish speakers. The air conditioning in common areas was non-functional during my stay, leading to an uncomfortable ambiance!!!

We had a blast at this hotel! Staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The room was very clean and cozy. Loved being steps away from the market and cute cafes. The bar/lounge area was perfect for evening hangs, but the snack bar could use some more options. a great stay!
